About The Position

As a Financial Expert, you like people (a lot). You're like the human equivalent of a deep breath. Whether you're calming a frustrated member, celebrating a first auto loan, explaining a credit score in plain terms, or asking about a pet, people leave conversations with you feeling better than before. Around here, fewer handoffs make for better experiences - which is why we don't have tellers and loan officers. We have Financial Experts. Instead of bouncing members from desk to desk like a hot potato, you'll build relationships with and guide them through their entire financial journey. One conversation can turn into a deposit, a loan, a plan, or all three! As a full-time (40 hours per week) Financial Expert, your day-to-day might involve: Helping people open accounts, navigate loans, and understand their options, Processing financial transactions, handling cash, and keeping things moving, Spotting opportunities to educate and connect members with products that can make their lives easier, Being the person in the room who makes finance feel less scary, Jumping in wherever you're needed, because that's what experts do!

Requirements

A growth mindset
High school diploma or equivalent (18+)
Customer service experience (a banking background is a bonus)
Comfort handling cash and multitasking
A genuine interest in people and their stories

Nice To Haves

Fun at parties (optional, but preferred!)
