About The Position

As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence - Experienced Associate you will help clients navigate mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures by reviewing financial information, assessing quality of earnings, assets, cash flows, and other deal issues. As an Associate you will learn and contribute to client engagements, build on your technical skills, adapt to varied client needs, and take ownership of tasks that support quality work and team outcomes. In this role at PwC, you will operate within our Deals practice and develop your understanding of transaction-focused advisory work in a fast-paced setting. You will support senior team members, gather and interpret information from multiple sources, and strengthen your commercial awareness as you grow your professional presence and broaden your experience across financial due diligence engagements.

Requirements

At least a Bachelor's degree
At least 1 years of experience

Responsibilities

Analyzing financial statements, earnings quality, assets, and cash flows for merger, acquisition, and divestiture transactions
Reviewing historical and projected financial information to identify key deal issues and valuation drivers
Gathering and organizing data from client reports, management presentations, and other transaction materials
Performing financial modeling and working capital analysis to support diligence findings and conclusions
Identifying trends, anomalies, and risks within financial information and explaining their impact on transaction value
Preparing clear deliverables that summarize findings for internal review and client presentations
Coordinating requests for information and tracking open items across multiple transaction workstreams
Applying professional and technical standards while adapting to different client industries and transaction types
