About The Position

As a Deals - Financial Due Diligence professional, you will provide strategic advice and business diligence services to clients in their mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. You will be responsible for analyzing financial information, focusing on quality of earnings and assets, cash flows, and other key client deal issues. As a Director, you will set the strategic direction and lead business development efforts, making impactful decisions and overseeing multiple projects while maintaining executive-level client relations. Translating the vision, you set the tone and inspire others to follow, driving business growth and shaping the direction of client engagements. In this role, you will be a guardian of PwC's reputation, understanding that quality, integrity, inclusion, and a commercial mindset are foundational to our success. You will create a healthy working environment while maximizing client satisfaction and cultivating the potential in others. Within our Deals practice, you will actively collaborate across the PwC Network, leveraging our collective strength to identify market gaps and convert opportunities into success for the firm. Requirements

  • At least a Bachelor's degree
  • At least 9 years of experience
  • At least one of the following: an active CPA License, Certified Financial Advisor (CFA), Chartered Accountant or an MBA

  • Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Accounting, Actuarial Science, Analytics/Data Science, Business Administration/Management, Computer Science/Information Systems, Economics, Finance, Health Administration/Public Health, Mathematics/Statistics, Risk Management/Insurance
