About The Position

Tech Soft 3D is seeking a Financial Data Analyst to lead the automation and optimization of key reconciliation and reporting processes, with a primary focus on US Health Benefits, finance accounting, and NetSuite-based workflows. This role requires a blend of finance acumen and technical expertise, involving close collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders to deliver scalable, audit-ready solutions in a dynamic, collaborative hybrid environment. The company is open to candidates in Western Europe (preferably France), the UK, or the US (East coast time zone), with the role adaptable to in-office, hybrid, or full remote depending on location.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • 5 years of professional experience in finance, accounting, or financial data analysis, including at least 1 year directly relevant to this role (finance automation, reconciliation, NetSuite, or financial reporting).
  • Strong Excel skills — advanced formulas, pivot tables, Power Query — and experience leveraging AI tools such as Claude to improve productivity and automate repetitive tasks.
  • Hands-on NetSuite experience including saved searches, workflows, and NetSuite automation.
  • Solid understanding of accounting principles, reconciliation methodologies, and financial close processes.
  • Strong analytical mindset with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with US Health Benefits administration or health carrier billing processes.
  • Experience with Power BI or other data visualisation tools.
  • Curiosity for process automation, finance transformation, and continuous improvement.
  • Prior exposure to multi-entity consolidation in NetSuite, including FX translation and intercompany eliminations.
  • Experience working in an international company.
  • Fluency in both French and English.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain automated reconciliation processes for US Health Benefits at both the employee and health carrier level, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Identify manual reconciliation activities across finance and accounting workflows and implement scalable, automated solutions to improve efficiency and reduce risk of error.
  • Support the update of the monthly financial reporting package and perform analysis of main variances.
  • Partner with HR, Accounting, and FP&A stakeholders to gather requirements, validate data quality, and continuously improve financial processes.
  • Document automated processes, maintain reconciliation logs, and support internal control and audit requirements.
