The Senior Business Analyst is responsible for analyzing and interpreting revenue cycle data to support operational and financial performance. This role develops reporting, identifies trends, and delivers actionable insights to drive decision-making. You’ll enjoy the flexibility to work remotely from anywhere within the U.S. as you take on some tough challenges. For all hires in the Minneapolis or Washington, D.C. area, you will be required to work in the office a minimum of four days per week.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field
- 4+ years of experience in business analytics or related field
- Advanced Excel skills and experience
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proven ability to present data in a clear and meaningful way

- Candidates are required to pass a drug test before beginning employment.

Responsibilities
- Analyze revenue cycle data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain reports and dashboards using Excel and Power BI
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders and leadership
- Partner with operational teams to address business needs through data analysis
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reporting
- Perform ad hoc analysis as needed to support business priorities
