About The Position

Join a dynamic team as a Finance Data Analyst, where you'll dive deep into payment data to uncover trends and insights that drive business growth. You'll be at the forefront of innovation, working with advanced BI tools and contributing to the financial analytics landscape in a scaling fintech company. Our client provides essential electronic money infrastructure to fintech companies and enterprises. They specialize in global payment processing across over 135 currencies, compliance solutions like KYC and AML automation, and offer business growth analytics. Their API-first approach ensures rapid integration for seamless cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance.

Requirements

3+ years of experience in fintech, payments, acquiring, or financial services analytics.
Strong understanding of payment processing lifecycle, reconciliation, settlement, and financial operations.
Advanced SQL skills and hands-on experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker, etc.).
Languages: English, Russian.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate complex data findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Proactive, ownership-driven approach and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Analyze payment data to identify trends, anomalies, and business insights.
Perform reconciliation of financial transactions across internal systems, payment processors, and banking partners.
Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and analytical metrics for business and finance stakeholders.
