About The Position

We're seeking customer-focused professionals to join a team that handles complex customer concerns and escalated service requests within the financial services industry. This role is ideal for individuals who excel at problem-solving, de-escalating challenging situations, and providing exceptional customer support.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of customer service experience handling escalated or complex issues.
  • 1+ year of banking, financial services, or related industry experience.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams).
  • High-speed internet with Ethernet connection capability.
  • Quiet, private workspace.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with escalated questions, concerns, and complaint resolutions.
  • Handle inbound calls from customers and internal partners regarding active complaint cases.
  • Gather information, investigate issues, and document cases accurately.
