This role involves determining eligibility for Medicaid and other programs, assisting with applications, and providing personalized estimates of financial responsibility. The counselor will also discuss financial arrangements for newborns, manage work queues, and ensure adherence to all relevant regulations and policies. Continuous learning about eligibility plans and process improvement is expected.
