About The Position
Work Schedule: This is a full time, 1.0 FTE position. Eight hours shifts, between the hours of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM, will be scheduled Monday-Friday. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department. This is a hybrid position with expectations of being onsite at least 6 times per year at 600 Highland Ave in Madison, WI. Assist patients in understanding the billing prepayment process. Review patients coverage to determine overall cost for the patients specific plan of care.
Requirements
- High School Diploma Or equivalent Required
- 1 year Experience in Health Care Revenue Cycle, insurance, or financial institution Required
Nice To Haves
- Associate's Degree In Business, Finance, Healthcare Administration or related field Preferred
- 2 years Experience in Healthcare Revenue Cycle Preferred
