Baptist Health is looking for a Financial Counselor to join our team in Corbin, KY The Financial Counselor provides financial counseling to uninsured or under-insured patients. Processes financial disclosures, performs cashiering duties, and provides customer service. Services as an application counselor for insurance plans thru the state health exchange, assists patients with insurance benefits and out of pocket expenses, and estimates out of pocket expenses for scheduled procedures. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of experience in customer service, finance or healthcare revenue cycle related fields.
