About The Position

EOI Space is developing and deploying a network of satellites in Very Low Earth Orbit (VLEO) to provide ultra-high-resolution Earth imagery. We aim to deliver timely and actionable data for commercial and defense applications. We are building a high-performing, collaborative team that thrives in a fast-paced environment. This role will play a key part in supporting the financial operations that enable our continued growth, ensuring accuracy, visibility, and operational excellence across finance processes. We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Coordinator to support our growing finance function in a fast-paced, highly professional environment. This role will contribute to core financial operations including payroll support, accounts payable, and treasury-related activities, while helping ensure accuracy, timeliness, and strong financial discipline across the organization. The ideal candidate brings a strong foundation in accounting or finance operations, excellent organizational skills, and a proactive, service-oriented mindset. You will work cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners, handling sensitive financial information with discretion and professionalism.

Requirements

  • Associate’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 2–4 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations
  • Working knowledge of payroll, accounts payable, and basic treasury functions
  • Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Proficiency in Excel and experience working within ERP systems (such as NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively across departments
  • Ability to exercise sound judgment and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in aerospace, manufacturing, or a high-growth startup environment
  • Exposure to month-end close processes and financial reporting
  • Familiarity with internal controls and audit support
  • Experience improving or streamlining financial processes
  • Experience using Ramp and NetSuite

Responsibilities

  • Support accounts payable processes end-to-end, including invoice intake, coding, approvals, vendor communication, and timely payment execution
  • Assist with cash reporting, payment tracking, and day-to-day treasury activities to ensure accurate visibility into cash position
  • Maintain accurate and well-organized financial records, ensuring data integrity across systems such as NetSuite and supporting documentation
  • Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accruals, and preparation of supporting schedules
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to track expenses, resolve discrepancies, and ensure alignment with budgets and financial policies
  • Assist in developing and improving financial processes, controls, and workflows to support a scaling organization
  • Support audit readiness by maintaining documentation and responding to information requests as needed
  • Execute ad hoc administrative and accounting/finance responsibilities to support ongoing business needs
