Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), the Coordinator, Finance provides primary administrative support to the CFO and supports the activities of the Finance department. The Coordinator, Finance must be solutions-oriented and enjoy working within a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment that is mission-driven, results-focused and community oriented. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations, with strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and organizational skills, and the ability to maintain a realistic balance among multiple priorities. The Coordinator, Finance, must be able to work under pressure and handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion.
