Contrôleur(e) financier(ère) | Financial Controller

MatadorLaval, QC
$95,000 - $120,000Hybrid

About The Position

We're looking for a hands-on Financial Controller to own and scale our financial operations. This is a foundational role for someone who thrives in a growth environment, who wants to shape and optimize processes, contributing to the evolution of a growing structure, and takes pride in running a tight, well-organized finance function. You will be responsible for the accuracy and integrity of our books, the timeliness of our close process, and the quality of our financial reporting — across multiple entities and geographies. You'll work closely with the Head of Finance & Operations and report into them directly. You will also manage one direct report, our internal AR coordinator, who handles client-facing billing and collections. This is not a strategic finance role. It's a builder role — for someone who wants to own a function, do the work, and set the foundation for a world-class finance operation.
