About The Position

The Financial Controller is a key financial leader responsible for all accounting, financial reporting, and internal control functions for a multi-state manufacturer and retailer of portable buildings, including a large and growing Rent-to-Own (RTO) portfolio. This role ensures the integrity of financial data, supports operational scalability, and provides leadership across manufacturing, retail, and RTO accounting functions. The Controller partners closely with the CFO and operational leaders to drive profitability, optimize working capital, and support strategic growth initiatives. This is a rare opportunity for a Controller to step into a high-impact role with an established, data-driven, vertically integrated business with 20+ years of success. You’ll be known, trusted, and valued as a finance leader, partnering with a cohesive, mission-driven team and supported by long-tenured employees who stay because the culture is genuinely exceptional. Our family-oriented headquarters is in peaceful Western Kentucky at the confluence of five major rivers and near two of the largest lakes in the U.S. Centrally located between Nashville, St. Louis, and Memphis - with daily airline service to Chicago and Houston - this role offers an uncommon mix of professional influence, operational visibility, and quality of life. Perfect if you’re looking for stability, impact, and a team that backs you up. Opportunities like this don’t come along often.
