As the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and effectiveness while embodying the company's culture of accountability, resourcefulness, and humility.

Requirements

• Deep knowledge of cost accounting.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills, effectiveness, proactivity, and collaboration.
• High proficiency with QuickBooks and Excel, including advanced reporting and modeling.
• Expert-level experience with federal, state and local tax filings.
• Solid understanding of GAAP and internal controls.

Responsibilities

• Leading cost accounting efforts in a manufacturing job-shop environment.
• Overseeing Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable and month-end close with accuracy and timeliness to ensure dependable cash flow.
• Managing full compliance with federal, state, and local taxing authorities.
• Partnering with leadership on budgeting while maintaining effective internal controls.
