Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Strong GAAP, financial reporting, audit, and budgeting expertise
- Experience with ERP/accounting systems (NetSuite, QuickBooks, or similar)
- Proven ability to improve accounting processes, streamline workflows, and support scalable business grow
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day accounting operations, month-end close, and prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual GAAP financial statements
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, cash flow, audits, tax compliance, internal controls, and continuously improve accounting processes and financial systems
