About The Position
Tardus Wealth Strategies is seeking influential, approachable, and growth-minded Financial Coaches to join their mission of creating a Wealth Revolution. For over 20 years, Tardus has assisted individuals and families in enhancing their financial futures through education, accountability, and effective wealth-building strategies. Coaches will guide clients using the patented Income Snowball™ System and the proprietary Six Pillars of Wealth™ framework, a comprehensive system designed to improve all aspects of a client's financial life. The role involves working with clients over several years, ensuring they remain accountable, acknowledge progress, overcome challenges, and confidently apply established strategies. This position is ideal for individuals motivated by transforming lives, fostering enduring relationships, and coaching clients towards significant financial achievements.

Responsibilities
- Conduct engaging coaching sessions that educate, motivate, and inspire action.
- Coach clients through each of the Six Pillars of Wealth™, helping them understand how each pillar contributes to long-term financial success.
- Guide clients in implementing the patented Income Snowball™ system into their personal financial strategy.
- Help clients stay accountable to their goals through regular coaching meetings.
- Celebrate wins, identify obstacles, and develop action plans to keep clients progressing.
- Build trusted relationships that result in high client satisfaction and long-term renewals.
- Document coaching notes and follow established coaching systems and processes.
- Collaborate with fellow coaches and leadership while continually improving your coaching skills.
