The Financial Coach is responsible for proactively meeting individual sales and production goals, contributing to branch and overall credit union goals, and maximizing opportunities to gain and grow member wallet. This role involves assisting members with account and loan needs, ensuring accurate and timely paperwork, and recommending alternative financial solutions for members who may not currently qualify for loans or services. The Financial Coach must also comply with credit union policies and government regulations, maintain confidentiality, and perform initial quality control assessments on documentation. Additionally, this position supports the Member Care Center during high call volumes and fosters a positive, cohesive, and exceptional culture within the branch and organization.
