About The Position

Golden Reserve is seeking an experienced Client Services Specialist (CSS) to join their team. This role is a blend of a Paraplanner and Client Services Coordinator, focusing on managing the back-end client sales process, including creating client Roadmaps (financial plans), providing first-line client support, and facilitating insurance application execution. The CSS Team is considered the driving force of Golden Reserve, supporting the company's unique approach to financial services, which includes monthly seminars and weekly TV & Radio Shows across Ohio. Golden Reserve is recognized as one of the fastest-growing and most innovative financial service companies in the country.

Requirements

Two (2) years+ of financial services experience.
Life Insurance Annuity Application Excellence – completion, monitoring & management.
GRIT – accountability, ownership, problem-solving, and toughness.
Ability to reliably commute to the assigned office location in Kennesaw or Alpharetta on a regular basis.
