About The Position

The Financial Clerk will be responsible for handling multiple accounts/clients, reconciling accounts, preparing financial reports, and performing administrative/clerical duties. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and proficiency in financial management.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • At least 1 year of experience in accounts payable and bank reconciliations
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and common office equipment
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
  • Previous experience working in an office environment

Nice To Haves

  • Degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance (preferred)

Responsibilities

  • Review invoices and prepare cleared checks.
  • Prepare analysis of accounts and conduct reconciliations.
  • Perform general ledger entries and resolve reconciliation issues.
  • Maintain notes and logs, and perform data entry.
  • Compile and maintain accounts payable records.
  • Ensure confidentiality of client information.
