Excellent verbal and written communication skills across multiple channels are essential, along with a thorough understanding of insurance coverage and policy requirements. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, flexible, adaptable, and able to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, performing well under pressure and managing time efficiently. A high attention to detail and accuracy, along with a reliable and dependable work ethic, is crucial. The role requires proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and strict compliance with HIPAA regulations. Other related duties as assigned.
