About The Position

HAPO is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated Financial Center Teller in Yakima, WA, who embodies HAPO’s core commitment “Be in the Moment” and standard of service “Defy Expectations” with members, the community, and their team. Ideal candidates will possess excellent multi-tasking, written, and verbal skills, basic math knowledge, and the ability to handle stressful situations while paying attention to detail. Training is approximately 2 weeks and will be conducted at their headquarters located in Richland, WA.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate

Nice To Haves

Experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales

Responsibilities

Assist members with general account inquiries
Identify additional products and services that may be beneficial to members
Basic understanding of branch compliance and auditing
Basic understanding of all products and services available for members
