About The Position

HAPO Community Credit Union is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated individual to join their team as a Financial Center Teller in the Tri-Cities area. The ideal candidate will embody HAPO's core commitment "Be in the Moment" and standard of service "Defy Expectations" in interactions with members, the community, and their team. This role requires excellent multi-tasking, written, and verbal communication skills, a basic understanding of math, the ability to handle stressful situations, and attention to detail.

Requirements

High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate
Experience in customer service, cash handling, or sales preferred

Responsibilities

Assist members with general account inquiries
Identify additional products and services that may be beneficial to members
Basic understanding of branch compliance and auditing
Basic understanding of all products and services available for members
Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish languages preferred
