About The Position

As a Financial Center Supervisor, you will help lead your team in building relationships with the existing customer base that allows the team to provide the products and services for customers to achieve financial success. You will also be responsible for mentoring, training and coaching team members while working collectively to grow deposits, as well as staying involved in the community you serve.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in financial services or leadership
  • Ability to travel for early career training purposes
  • Ability to communicate effectively (written and verbally)
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to work with speed and accuracy
  • Ability to grasp technical information quickly
  • Attention to detail and ability to work well in teams and individually
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

Nice To Haves

  • Previous customer service experience in a professional setting
  • Bilingual/Multilingual
  • Knowledge of Banking

Responsibilities

  • Supporting internal and external customers in a variety of ways including opening new accounts and services for customers.
  • Pursuing cross-selling opportunities including other banking units.
  • Accurately completing a variety of loan and deposit transactions.
  • Guiding the branch to operational excellence by assuring compliance with applicable regulations as well as Guidelines and Procedures.
