Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of five years of sales and service management experience in a goal-driven environment
- Proven track record of coaching teams
- Proven track record of building client relationships
- Proven track record of achieving business objectives
- Strong leadership skills
- Strong communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Financial services experience
