About The Position

Bridge33 Capital is a fast-growing, vertically integrated private equity firm focused on open-air strip retail shopping centers. This role supports Corporate by ensuring the accuracy and compliance of property and portfolio financials across our commercial retail real estate portfolio. The Financial Auditor focuses on audit, control and financial reporting reviews, lease compliance, recoveries, and risk identification to drive efficiency and effectiveness of workflows across the operation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s in Accounting, Finance, Real Estate, or related field
  • 3–5 years working directly in Yardi Voyager (accounts payable, GL, lease admin, or reporting modules)
  • Strong accounting foundation able to identify GL coding errors, misclassifications, and reconciliation discrepancies
  • Ability to write and run custom Yardi reports (SQR or Yardi report writer experience)
  • Detail-oriented with high tolerance for transactional review work
  • Advanced Excel; experience with Yardi or similar systems
  • Knowledge of GAAP and ASC 842
  • Familiarity with NOI, IRR, cap rates
  • Strong analytical, detail-oriented, and communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with CAM reconciliation reviews and rent roll auditing is highly desirable

  • Define measurable outcomes that the unit will track and report on from Day 1: Error rate reduction in Yardi transactions (target: <2% error rate within 12 months), Audit cycle completion rate (% of scheduled audits completed on time), Finding resolution rate and average days-to-remediation, Offshore team quality scores (per team member and aggregate), Repeat finding rate (measures whether issues are truly resolved), Stakeholder satisfaction score from internal clients of the QCA unit
  • Evaluate internal controls and identify financial/operational risks
  • Prepare audit summaries and internal corporate reporting
