About The Position

ARG is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Auditing Specialist to help safeguard the accuracy and integrity of booked sales, commission, and revenue data. In this role, you will review closed sales opportunities and provider agreements, validate Salesforce and commission data, reconcile discrepancies, maintain clear audit documentation, and partner with Revenue Assurance and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve exceptions and reduce downstream errors.

Requirements

  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to analyze, reconcile, and document high-volume financial or operational data.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong organization, follow-through, and judgment when balancing recurring deadlines, competing priorities, and sensitive information.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel or comparable spreadsheet tools; experience with formulas, pivot tables, lookups, filtering, and data validation is valued.
  • Ability to learn and use Salesforce, CRM platforms, dashboards, reporting tools, and internal business systems.
  • A process-improvement mindset and commitment to accurate, consistent, and auditable work.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or a related field is preferred; an equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
  • Experience reconciling commissions, payments, invoices, agreements, or related financial data is preferred.
  • Experience with Salesforce or a comparable CRM, technology or telecommunications services, channel partners, provider commissions, or consulting environments is preferred.
  • No specific certification or license is required. Relevant training or certification in accounting, audit, data analytics, Salesforce, finance operations, or process improvement is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Audit booked sales opportunities and reconcile provider agreements with Salesforce records for service, term, expected revenue, customer, partner, provider, and compensation information.
  • Validate expected commissions before booking and investigate discrepancies involving commissions, SPIFs, revenue receipts, and prior-period adjustments.
  • Maintain accurate commission information, audit records, case documentation, process logs, and supporting evidence.
  • Perform recurring data-quality checks and reconciliations, identify missing or inconsistent information, and coordinate timely resolution.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Partners, Providers, Revenue Assurance, and other stakeholders to confirm revenue and resolve exceptions.
  • Identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to processes, controls, documentation, reports, and systems.
  • Support accurate data capture when new compensation plans, partners, providers, or systems are introduced.
  • Contribute to complex or high-risk audits, support issue escalation and resolution, communicate findings and recommendations, strengthen audit practices, and share knowledge with colleagues.
