About The Position

The position coordinates with applicable client personnel to perform data entry, invoice processing, reconciliation, and contract administration. Shared Services assists internal customers with achieving target goals by delivering optimized services and creating cost and process efficiencies. We work across boundaries and help foster collaboration between units by providing effective financial management, solving problems and exchanging knowledge. Shared Services intends to be a vital part of the campus community by creating a highly effective single-stop business office partnership model.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED
2-3 years of similar experience including experience in Excel, data entry processing and invoices in an office environment.
Strong oral and written communication skills and computer experience.
Ability to demonstrate proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.
Ability to track and enter data accurately.
Exceptional customer service and the ability to exercise sound judgement.
Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis without need now or in the future for sponsorship for employment-based visa status.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or Vocational/Tech training
Associate’s degree in a business field and experience using a University ERP and interpreting fiscal policies and procedures.
Business accounting and technical experience.
Fiscal policy knowledge as related to the position.

Responsibilities

Processing invoices, deposits, Contract and PO entry, PCard and ledger reconciliations, maintaining and tracking campus compliance records, supply ordering, and other duties to provide administrative support for other UT departments.
