About The Position

Universal Mental Health Services, Inc., located in Lenoir, NC, is seeking a Financial Assistant. The ideal candidate will hold a high school diploma or GED and possess a minimum of three years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, or office administration. Core responsibilities include managing incoming calls, providing support for the EHR system, processing organizational mail, and handling weekly payment file workflows. This role requires strong accuracy, professionalism, and effective communication with both internal staff and community stakeholders. Experience in Developmental Disability services is preferred. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications are required.
