Our Financial Assistants are at the center of Brightside’s work with clients. By combining financial education with compassionate, nonjudgmental support, you will help working families improve their financial well-being. You will manage a portfolio of clients, build trusted relationships, and provide personalized financial coaching based on each client’s circumstances and goals. This may include helping clients reduce debt, strengthen their credit, manage cash flow, build savings, and plan for the future. Success in this role requires listening closely, thinking critically, and helping clients create practical short- and long-term action plans. This is a full-time, salaried exempt, fully remote position open to candidates who reside in the contiguous United States and in a location where Brightside is authorized to employ. To meet our current client needs, this role has a schedule of 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m. PT. Before working with clients independently, you will participate in an approximately six-week training and onboarding program. You will receive dedicated support throughout the program to help you feel confident, prepared, and ready to serve clients successfully.
