Requirements
- Three (3) years of experience in healthcare or financial services OR Associate's degree in business plus one (1) year of experience in healthcare or financial services.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology.
Nice To Haves
- A.S. degree in business.
- Must be able to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Responsibilities
- Represents the hospital in patient financial matters pertaining to requests and reviews for financial assistance.
- Works with the patient or patient representative to coordinate appropriate interaction and assistance according to Northside Hospital Financial Assistance policy and procedure.
