About The Position

Help drive strategic growth at a mission-driven healthcare organization. 360 Behavioral Health is seeking a Financial Analyst to turn financial and operational data into insights that support clinic performance, expansion, and improved outcomes for children and families. As a clinician-led organization, our mission is to make a meaningful difference in the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities. This role partners with clinical, operational, and revenue cycle teams to analyze financial trends, monitor key performance indicators, and support data-driven decision making.

Requirements

  • 2–4 years of experience in Financial Analysis, FP&A, Corporate Finance, Healthcare Finance, or Consulting
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and variance analysis
  • Understanding of financial statements and accounting principles
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including pivot tables, financial modeling, and complex formulas
  • Experience analyzing large datasets and operational performance metrics
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to collaborate with clinical, operations, and revenue cycle teams
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
  • Must be located in California
  • Ability to travel occasionally to Orange County or Los Angeles County for meetings

Responsibilities

  • Support annual budgeting and forecasting processes
  • Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis
  • Analyze clinic and regional financial performance including revenue, labor costs, and margins
  • Develop financial models supporting clinic expansion, staffing, and service growth
  • Monitor key operational and financial KPIs including: Clinician productivity and utilization Billable hours Census growth Authorized vs. rendered hours
  • Partner with revenue cycle teams to analyze billing, collections, and accounts receivable metrics
  • Evaluate clinic profitability and identify opportunities for improvement
  • Build dashboards and reporting tools to provide leadership visibility into performance
  • Provide financial analysis to support strategic initiatives and operational decision-making
