About The Position

This role involves performing analysis and reporting on financial operations and information. The Financial Analyst will conduct statistical, cost, and financial analysis of data from various internal sources. They will prepare reports on findings, including healthcare costs, provider contracts, debt capacity, revenue, and profitability. The position serves as a consultant to all management levels, providing decision support for initiatives, policies, and procedures. Additionally, the role includes performing special projects and duties as assigned, such as research, forecasting, and exploring viable alternatives, as well as assisting with accounting, financial reporting, portfolio reporting, and valuation activities.

Requirements

High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
Bachelors in a Finance/Accounting related field
1-3 years of experience
Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace experience

Nice To Haves

Accountant preferred.
Licensure required relevant to state in which work is performed.
