About The Position

In this role, you will perform financial modeling and/or measurement and/or research using established approaches and analysis techniques autonomously. The Financial Analyst will interpret results, draw relevant conclusions, model future outcomes and provide data-centric recommendations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics, Economics, or equivalent relevant experience.
  • Minimum three years of relevant business experience; multi-unit retail experience preferred.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial modeling concepts.
  • Proficient in Excel (formulas, functions, and data structuring) is required.
  • Skilled at interpreting financial and non-financial data from internal and external sources.
  • Strong analytical, data gathering, and modeling capabilities.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Strong verbal communication and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrates advanced attention to detail, transparency, and integrity.
  • Effective in fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environments.
  • Capable of handling complex, confidential information with appropriate discretion.
  • Able to independently engage Managers and occasionally Directors with professional skepticism and negotiation skills.
  • Executes leadership-directed decision-making and approval processes to optimize and safeguard company assets.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the Finance Analytics process through the analysis of Company financial results, forecasts, variances, and trends.
  • Conduct business studies on past, future and comparative performance to assist in the development of financial forecast models.
  • Assemble and summarize data to structure financial output / reports for presentation to the Company's Executive Leadership and Board of Directors.
  • Ensure consistency and accuracy of all information presented in investor presentations, press releases, annual reports, and SEC filings.
  • Consolidate and analyze financial data to provide recommendations based on the company's goals and financial standing.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to assist in both recurring and adhoc analysis required to support the success of business partners.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned.
