Position Summary: Conduct complex financial analysis to support equity planning, physician partnerships, and strategic growth initiatives. Build detailed financial models and analyze large datasets to evaluate financial performance and identify opportunities. Prepare and present financial analyses, memoranda, and presentations to management, senior leadership, and equity holders. Maintain accurate equity records, support equity administration, and prepare or review financial statements and schedules. Manage multiple projects, communicate with Investor Relations and equity stakeholders, and handle day-to-day equity-related requests.

Requirements

  • 2–4+ years of relevant professional experience, ideally in investment banking, management consulting, corporate finance, corporate development, or strategy.
  • Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field preferred
  • Knowledge of contracts, legal and financial concepts to support business and equity-related initiatives
  • Demonstrate advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling and analysis.
  • Use Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Outlook, to develop presentations and manage professional communications.
