About The Position
The Financial Analyst will assist in analyzing practice group and firm performance, develop financial models, and contribute to data validation and month-end reporting. The role prepares management reports and analyzes financial performance and key performance indicators. It also supports process improvement and recurring deliverables in collaboration with partners, business development, and accounting.
Requirements
- Strong organization and communication skills.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint.
- Comfort managing large data sets.
- Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field.
- 2–4 years of public or private experience in a similar capacity, such as Accounting or FP&A.
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Oracle and Smartview.
Responsibilities
- Prepare management reports related to practice area performance using Oracle and other financial reporting tools.
- Analyze financial performance, utilization, realization, leverage, profitability, and other KPIs.
- Participate in process improvement initiatives to enhance financial analysis and identify opportunities to automate and standardize recurring deliverables.
- Collaborate with partners, business development, and accounting to support day-to-day deliverables.
- Work on various ad-hoc projects.
