  • Strong analytical capability, high attention to detail, and a track record of translating data into actionable business decisions
  • A self-starter, change agent, and adaptive learner who thrives in a fast-paced, evolving manufacturing environment and is energized by process innovation
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills

  • Experience with modern finance technology stacks such as Alteryx, Power BI, PowerApps, Python, or Google Cloud Platform — with an appetite to expand automation and analytics capabilities across the team

Responsibilities

  • Develop and analyze a daily manufacturing cost package, with an eye toward automating and streamlining legacy Excel-based processes
  • Support month-end close by preparing journal entries, identifying opportunities to simplify and accelerate close cycles
  • Build and maintain KPI dashboards and operating metrics that give the management team real-time visibility to drive operating efficiency
  • Lead monthly forecasting and annual budget development, leveraging data analytics to improve forecast accuracy and agility
  • Partner with cross-functional departments to evaluate, analyze, and financially model strategic projects
  • Participate in audits and internal control assessments, ensuring strong governance amid evolving processes
  • Champion finance transformation by identifying, piloting, and implementing emerging technologies (automation, self-service analytics, AI/ML tools) to modernize plant operations and elevate the efficiency and strategic value of the Controller's office
