About The Position

The Financial Analyst plays a key role in driving data-based decision-making across the organization by performing financial planning, analysis, and forecasting. This position is responsible for interpreting financial data, developing financial models, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and presenting actionable recommendations to senior leadership. The role requires a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively across departments.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in a corporate or consulting environment.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Nice To Haves

• Master’s or CPA/CFA preferred.
• Experience with ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and business intelligence tools (e.g., Power BI) is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial planning for retail operations.
• Prepare and present financial reports, including variance analyses and performance metrics, to senior management.
• Analyze sales, margin, and expense data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with departments such as Merchandising, Operations, and Marketing to support financial initiatives.
• Identify and implement process enhancements to improve financial reporting and analysis efficiency.
• Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies.
