About The Position

Facilitates general accounting and analytical duties and supports strategic discussions in the finance area. Provides financial administration support through reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis, including forecasting based on different financial metrics. The role supports operational groups by helping them understand workstreams and reporting impacts, and facilitates metric reporting using tools such as Oracle, Tableau, and Smartview. It also builds knowledge of Stratajazz software and provides expertise to new users.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree required.
Minimum of 1–4 years of experience.

Responsibilities

Analyze processes, material variances, and downstream impacts of particular accounts at the operational level during monthly closing.
Identify correlations between service lines and seasonal factors.
Cultivate drillable and reviewable reports for managers.
Assist with dashboard creation and furnishing dashboards to the broader operational team.
Develop and refine budgeting methods and models.
Assist operational groups in understanding workstreams and reporting impacts.
Facilitate metric reporting through tools including Oracle, Tableau, and Smartview.
Build knowledge of Stratajazz software and provide expertise to new team users.
Complete additional projects and ad hoc analysis as necessary.
Perform other duties as assigned.
