About The Position

The Financial Analyst will lead the creation of the Store Level Sales Forecast (SLSF) for more than 500 retail stores worldwide. The forecast informs staffing strategy, resource optimization, and benchmark setting to drive commercial performance. The role includes weekly and quarterly responsibilities as well as project-based and innovative work. Key business partners include the VP of Stores, WW Ownership Operations, Retail Store Analytics, and Retail Finance teams.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), or a related quantitative field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Accounting, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to understand and work with complex data sets.
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform processes and drive organizational efficiencies.
• Analytical thinking, quick learning, and demonstrated problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated success managing multiple activities, projects, and priorities in a dynamic, fast-growing, results-driven environment.
• Ability to work independently and self-motivate.
• Ability to build effective partnerships in a cross-functional organization.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, including executive-level presentations.
• Experience with visualization and analytical tools such as Tableau.
