The ideal candidate will possess some experience in financial analysis, with proficiency in both Argus and Excel. This role is integral in providing insightful financial evaluations and strategic recommendations to support our Office and Capital Markets platform.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Real Estate, or other related fields
  • Ability to problem-solve and exercise independent judgement while displaying a high degree of initiative and accuracy.
  • Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize projects and complete multiple tasks on schedule.
  • Ability to work productively under minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially EXCEL and Word.
  • Strong work ethic.
  • Proactive team player able to work efficiently under sometime stressful conditions.
  • Ability to work effectively with colleagues at all levels across the organization.
  • Able to travel minimum of 10-20%

Responsibilities

  • Conduct detailed financial analysis and modeling using Argus and Excel.
  • Evaluate and analyze office and commercial real estate properties and portfolios.
  • Assist in producing offering memorandums, broker opinions of value, and compile rent and sale comparable.
  • Prepare comprehensive financial reports and presentations.
  • Collaborate with client investment and acquisitions teams to support decision-making.
  • Monitor market trends and perform risk assessments.
