This role is for a Financial Analyst who excels in coordinating with real estate and operations teams regarding lease activity, administering accounting and financial reporting in lease accounting software, reviewing and reconciling financial statements, updating cash forecast models, and monitoring compliance with debt covenants.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 2 year or more of relevant work experience

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with real estate team on a weekly basis regarding new real estate lease activity and/or changes to existing real estate lease agreements.
• Coordinate with operations teams and outside vendors regarding new and/or existing equipment lease activity.
• Administer accounting and financial reporting updates in the Company’s lease accounting software tool on a monthly basis.
• Review and reconcile monthly financial statement balances impacted by new and/or existing lease agreements.
• Update cash forecast models on an ad hoc basis, sometimes as frequently as daily.
• Monitor compliance with debt covenants and other financial compliance responsibilities.
