About The Position

Premier Early Childhood Education Partners is a private early childhood education organization seeking a Financial Analyst. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, business administration, or a related field
0–3 years of relevant experience (internship experience will be considered)

Nice To Haves

Prior experience in investment banking, private equity, transaction advisory, consulting, or a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

Evaluate potential M&A transactions, De Novo childcare center openings, and other strategic growth initiatives.
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including valuation analyses and scenario modeling specific to childcare center performance (e.g., enrollment, tuition rates, staffing ratios, and occupancy trends).
Conduct market research and competitive analysis across local childcare markets, including supply/demand dynamics, demographic trends, and regulatory considerations.
Support all aspects of the due diligence process, including in-depth analysis of financial, licensing, and operational data for childcare providers.
Prepare investment memoranda, presentations, and recommendations throughout the deal lifecycle (from sourcing through integration planning).
Assist in the development of board-level materials outlining strategic priorities, including expansion into new geographies and optimization of existing childcare centers.
Develop and maintain internal tracking tools for pipeline management, deal activity, and performance of acquired and newly developed centers.
Collaborate cross-functionally with operations, education, and licensing teams to support transaction execution and successful integration.
Maintain strong attention to detail while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
