Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 1+ year of experience in financial services or financial analysis

Nice To Haves

• 2+ years of experience in financial services
• Experience with financial modeling, reporting tools, or data analysis

Responsibilities

• Analyze financial results and perform variance analysis to identify key business drivers
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reporting validation
• Partner with business lines and FP&A
• Build and maintain financial models and spreadsheets to support decision-making
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis to evaluate business performance and emerging trends
• Advise internal stakeholders on profitability across customers, products, and business lines
• Design and deliver clear, actionable financial reports for diverse audiences
