About The Position

VTG is seeking a Mid-Level Financial System Analyst to support the Navy located at the Washington Navy Yard. This position is 100% Remote. The Mid-Level Financial System Analyst will proactively and re-actively respond to short and long-term requests from Leadership, coordinating as necessary with stakeholders, to provide quality on-time products including communication strategies, briefs, point papers, and analysis. The role also involves working on strategic initiatives to assess program financial data and metrics, making recommendations on gathering, filing, controlling, and maintaining data for rapid use. The scope includes performing moderately complex tasks independently and complex tasks with some guidance and feedback, ensuring tasks are completed on time and to a satisfactory standard.

Requirements

• 5 years of Experience in DOD
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Management or other equivalent
• Sharepoint Knowledge/Experience
• MS Suite – Specifically Power Point, Word, Access, and Excel
• Proactive and excellent customer service with management experience
• Must have an active DoD Secret clearance and ability to sustain one

Nice To Haves

• EVM Cert or equivalent DAU Cost Estimating credential
• Military friendly
