Financial Analyst - Leadership Development Program
About The Position
The Hilltop Holdings' Finance Leadership Development Program (FLDP) is a two-year early career development program that focuses on Finance, Accounting, Treasury, and Internal Audit. This career path is designed to create a broad understanding of the Hilltop enterprise and act as an accelerator for career growth. This is a rotational program starting in Summer 2027, that combines job training, mentorship, career development, and community service opportunities while fostering a community within the organization and the FLDP class. FLDP program members will interact with senior leaders and be asked to lead and support critical activities and projects across the organization. Founded in 1998 and headquartered in Dallas, Texas, Hilltop Holdings offers a diverse range of financial services through its three primary subsidiaries, PlainsCapital Bank, PrimeLending, and HilltopSecurities.
