About The Position

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
2–4 years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), Corporate Finance, Financial Analysis, or Public Accounting.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including complex formulas, financial modeling, and data analysis.
Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools, preferably including SAGE, VELIXO, Toast, or Craftable.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
Excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and completeness in financial reports and analyses.
Strong problem-solving skills with a structured and logical approach to resolving financial and operational issues.
Clear and professional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing business needs.

Responsibilities

Assist with the monthly financial close process to ensure timely, accurate, and complete financial reporting.
Prepare and support the monthly financial presentation for sr leadership, translating financial results into clear, actionable insights.
Maintain and update the annual operating budget across all business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Prepare, maintain, and monitor quarterly financial forecasts, incorporating operational data, business trends, and strategic initiatives.
Analyze monthly financial performance against budget and forecast, identify key variances, and provide meaningful recommendations to improve results.
Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate with department leaders to gather financial data, refine assumptions, and improve budget and forecast accuracy.
Develop financial models and perform ad hoc financial analyses to support strategic decision-making and new business opportunities.
Assist with cash flow analysis, expense monitoring, and profitability reporting across business units.
Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and integrity of financial data across all reporting systems and tools.
Support annual audit activities by preparing schedules, reconciliations, and supporting documentation as requested.
Identify and recommend opportunities to improve financial reporting processes, internal controls, and operational efficiencies.
Prepare executive-level financial presentations that clearly communicate performance, risks, and opportunities to leadership.
Partner proactively with cross-functional teams, acting as a collaborative and solution-oriented finance resource.
