About The Position

That’s why we need you, an experienced financial analyst who can show a team how to navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding to make sure the Department of Defense’s resources can make the most impact. As a Financial Analyst on our team, you’ll oversee the creation of a financial management strategy to help cryptographic and cybersecurity programs succeed. You’ll lead financial planning, analysis, and reporting across multidisciplinary projects to develop an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. As a financial analysis authority, you’ll leverage your expertise in laws, regulations, and policies to help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you’ll make sure the funding is used efficiently through your team’s consistent tracking and communication with government leads. This is your chance to support cyberspace budget activities while acting as a financial analysis expert for both clients and your team. Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience in financial analysis, project finance, or program control, including with technology or government programs
  • Experience developing and maintaining complex financial models to support project cost estimation, resource allocation, and performance tracking
  • Experience partnering with technical teams to translate program objectives into actionable financial plans and metrics
  • Knowledge of PPBE processes and tools
  • Ability to identify financial risks and opportunities and provide data-driven recommendations to optimize project outcomes
  • Ability to assist with budgeting and support forecasting and financial analysis for cryptographic or cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and regulatory requirements
  • Ability to prepare and present financial reports to senior leadership and program stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making
  • TS/SCI clearance
  • Bachelor's degree

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting cryptographic lifecycle management, PQC technologies, or cybersecurity programs
  • Experience with financial modeling, data analytics, and enterprise financial systems such as SNaP or DITIP
  • Knowledge of the information technology/cyberspace activities (IT/CA) budget
  • Master's degree in a related field
  • CDFM Certification
