About The Position

The G&A Analyst (General & Administrative Analyst) is responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing general and administrative expenses while providing analytical support to internal departments. The role includes working with financial data, preparing reports, managing administrative processes, and ensuring effective operational performance across the organization.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Monitor and analyze G&A expenses (administration, office costs, HR, IT, general operational costs).
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports and presentations for management.
  • Collaborate with finance and operations teams on budget preparation and forecasting.
  • Identify variances against plan and propose corrective actions.
  • Optimize administrative processes and internal procedures.
  • Track KPIs and prepare analyses to support strategic decision-making.
  • Support vendor management and administration-related contracts.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Participate in special projects within the G&A function.
