About The Position

ASSA ABLOY is seeking a Financial Analyst to support key reporting, analysis, and operational goals for our Electronic Locks subgroup. Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in a financial analyst or related role (required).
• Ability to communicate analysis and recommendations to a non-technical audience.
• Demonstrated eagerness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes.
• Proficiency in Excel, with advanced skills preferred.

Nice To Haves

• Experience in a manufacturing or similar operational environment.
• Familiarity with business forecasting and financial modeling concepts.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Basic understanding of P&L components, including revenue, cost of goods sold (COGS), and operating margin.

Responsibilities

• Support Core Financial Processes: Assist with the monthly accrual and close process, ensuring timely and accurate entries.
• Process customer credits and claims, resolving discrepancies in collaboration with internal teams.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and maintain financial reports and dashboards.
• Assist with variance analysis and resolve data discrepancies.
• Team Collaboration and Ad Hoc Support: Provide data and analysis for budgeting, forecasting, and special projects, working closely with senior finance team members to execute assigned tasks.
